    does anyone have ROM built from android 2.3? is anyone working on one?

    For the Droid 1? Someone started it from precompiled SDK code but ran into WAY too many problems. The Eris has a functioning SDK ROM (for some value of functioning), but the code hasn't his the ASOP servers and without that nobody can work on a source-built ROM and no leaks have dropped so no hacked builds either.
