It should be on the root of your sd card. If its not. You need to go back and put it there. What recovery are u using. Sp recovery or clockwork?

If you downloaded from the internet directly to your phone, try the download folder in your sd card

You may want to consider, regardless of which recovery you use, creating a file on your PC desktop to store your roms and themes in. This saves space on your SD card, and keeps them in one central location.
