For a rep to answer the phone, not mention the e-mail and just go right into setting up the offer on an account... this requires nothing more than saying your name.
Congrats to those who got the offer... I'm just looking for continuity in their decision making process... but there appears to be ZERO.
Called 15 mins ago and got this!! WOOHOO!! Make sure you call the 877#, I didn't but then gave them that number and they transferred me!! Always love the customer service I get at VZW!
I just called the number and told them about the promo and they said the same thing about my account not having been sent the email. In order for me to get the deal I would have to forward them the email (apparently they use some sort of encryption to authenticate who it was sent to)
When they receive the email from me, the rep. would call me back.
Sounds to me like they know that some people who got this deal aren't eligible and are finding a way to fight us sneaky people trying to get a better deal.

I didn't get the email and I called the number from the flyer posted on DF. I just said I wanted to talk to someone about the new unlimited plan. No questions were asked about emails or anything and the CSR was very helpful in explaining all my options.
