Eastwood will root 2.2 and the stock kernel will go up to 800mhz.
Aside from the one-touch methods, the devs here are working on a 2.2 SPRecovery SBF that will will have a 2.2 kernel in it so as to not have issues. Just a matter of time.![]()
my droid is not activated no phone. i use it on wifi and to play around with roms. I got the notice to update file was 45.2 m. i said install now droid rebooted and got error msg when it tried to install file. running BBv.0.4 . how is it possible i would get this notice. were is update file located at on phone.
