So that misinformation is not spread around this is incorrect.

I've been monitoring this thread since it started and flashing 2.2 with CW is causing some issues at this time.

Some people have luck with CW but the majority of clean installs are done via SPRecovery.

It's my job to correct misinformation so this is not an attack on you. It will just save a lot of members a headache when they are aware of potential problems.

Tip: Move Apps To Your SD Card In Froyo

Moving applications over to your SD card in Android 2.2 is actually incredibly simple. The problem right now though, is that it’s up to developers to actually allow their apps to be moved to the SD card. While many of you are not seeing the option to move them, as you can see from the screenie above, I was able to do it with a select few. Just be patient! Developers are still just getting used to Froyo!
    Instructions…
    1. Open Settings>Applications>Manage Applications.
    2. Tap on the application you wish to move.
    3. Tap on the box to “Move to SD card.”
    4. Done! Now tap on the “On SD card” tab to see that your app has moved.
You can also move the app back to your phone by tapping on the the same app and selecting the “Move to phone” button.
Update: If you want to force move an app to the SD card, you can do so in Titanium backup. Simply long press on the app you want to move and choose “Move to SD Card.” Then if you go into Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>SD Card tab, you’ll see your app listed. You will also see a “Move to phone” option if you tap on it now. Awesome right? Cheers Androfan!

I moved setcpu to the card and it stopped working, I had to totally uninstall it and re-install it to make it function again. Did I miss a step in the process so that it would have worked from the card?

Gmail is installed and so is the market. but I'm unable to get anything to sync nor let me enter or RE enter my credentials. I signed in when i loaded the new OS. I might just try wiping my data, but Ive installed this 3x now and i get the same results.
Some one will have something for you, l am sure it is something simple, but I haven't encountered that, so I am not much help.

I searched this thread but didn't find an answer for this one. I seem to be having the same issue. I go to accounts & settings to login to my Google account but the only options are Corporate, Twitter and Facebook. I have G-Mail installed.

    Aloha All,

Is 2.2 better than bugless beast1.1? Personally I'd like to wait for pete to put out a BB version of froyo, because he is the MAN...is flash player working with this?

SEtCPU has issues. It dissapears on boot, disables widgets, etc. Try another app.
