anyone have any instructions to install this, trying to do it through my phone and it won't install. do i need to to use terminal?

No, just get Astro file manager, click on the apk, click open app manager, and click install.

For some reason this ROM is running incredibly slow on my Droid. It's completely unusable. I installed using the Clockwork recovery, and through all the posts I've read so far I seem to the be only one having this issue. Any ideas?

how long has it been loaded up? it took mine a good half hour (even after it was done syncing) before it settled into a nice and snappy feel

This ROM is sluggish for everyone at the start. Wait about 10-20 minutes, and it'll be fast.

you running setCPU? mine always starts up slow as crap, then i open setCPU and the cpu speed reads at 250. i just refresh and everything is fine. running 1ghz btw.

I've seen some posts saying that the cpu temp is not available. But my setCPU widget is showing a temp. And it seems about 10-15 degrees higher than when i was running BB 1.1. Is that the actual CPU temp or is something else going on?

This thread is moving fast. Hope my question doesn't get buried.

BUG i noticed.
People who send me SMS message to google voice , I never get a notification. I have to open up VOICE and then the notification is pushed to the phone. If I dont open the app, even with notifications enabled, I get no notification that I got a message. VERY odd.
