When you agree to salary you know what your signing up for. When you're paid hourly that is not what you sign up for. Salary people usually have a slightly higher pay to account for that overtime

If still rather be salaried suddenly then let go because my company can't get it right. I don't know if they're *****ing but having a job is better than looking for one any day of the week

Last time I was on salary i was expected to work a minimum of 45 hours. I liked it because I could work half days on Saturday which allowed me to catch up, which cleared up my work load for the next week.

Who said no overtime didn't simply mean no time and a half (or their version) for overtime. Where does it say they don't get paid normal wage for the overtime hours?
