    My RAZR Maxx was blinking on & off last night, then said I had the update. When I went to install it, it stopped saying there was a failure. Now I guess I wait? I have a new phone on the way, since there is a battery issue with mine currently. Guess I will see what happens.

    As soon as someone has the OTA file, please post it so I can port it over, tired of ICS crapping out on me and causing software resets...

    I have tried several times to port over the zipped file onto SD card and apply update, getting "signature verification failed" yet file is fully on SD card, really upsetting me I'm having such difficulty to get it to work.
