At least the OG RAZRs are slated next though, no other phone on VZW in between that I know of, Bionic will surely be after the OG RAZRs.

When I went from ICS to JB on my Razr M, I did not enable my disabled apps before the update. I had no problems. I did have to go back and disable them again and I noticed that some I had disabled in ICS could no longer be disabled in JB (stock text is one example).

As long as you disabled the apps through the stock app manager you can leave then disabled. If you froze them with a third party app you'll have to defrost them before an update.

Make sure the superuser app is updated as well as the binaries and download VooDoo Root Keeper from the Market, run it to protect root, then before upgrading run the Temp Unroot option from the app, upgrade, then use the app to restore root.

Thank you dfcfu342 and TisMyDroid! I think I'm all set then! TisMyDroid, I really hope they let us change the lock screen apps with JB. I just want to trade the text app to something useful!

Oops, wrong thread. So far, I haven't discovered a way from stock lockscreen but you can using a custom lockscreen.
