    Although he doesn't present hard data to support his statements, it wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that his claims are 100% legit. Given the short turnaround times between dual-core and quad-core chip deployment in phones, it really doesn't take any stretch of the imagination to assume that Ice Cream Sandwich doesn't utilize multiple cores extremely efficiently. It'll take several software iterations and probably quite a bit of fine-tuning before Android is able to handle multi-core processing more effectively.
