Dagnab it!... Now I want the Razr HD again.
I was all set to pre-order the Galaxy S3 and just move on from Motorola's mythical beast... "luckily", Verizon wanted me to pay up front, instead of charging it to my phone bill. I don't like to pay for stuff sight unseen, and anyhow I'm broke till the end of the month, so I declined. If I HAD pre-ordered, then changed my mind, I'm sure it would be a dark nightmare getting the order cancelled and getting a refund. Maybe, maybe not.
ANYHOO, I had talked myself into the SGS3, partly because of that 4.8" screen and partly in anger at Moto... but every time I see new evidence of the Razr HD, I fall back in love with it--even though I'm sure it will be $300 versus the SGS3's $200. It's like a high-maintenance ex-girlfriend I can't get over...LOL
So, it's back to the waiting game! Bring it on, Motorola!

The 3 "current" Moto devices were supposed to complement each other, aimed towards different audiences;

Moto isn't Apple, nothing wrong with having several choices.

This is the concept so many people overlook. I don't regret buying my Bionic at all. I onky wish that moto would add price variation to their tiered phone releases as well. Within 2 months of me buying a bionic they cut the price in half...now it's free! All within a way too short time span.

I liked that the Bionic became free. That's how we got my wife one. I've had mine since the day they came out. When it comes to technology, if you blink, something gets "outdated" (unless it's an apple product that has only one offering at a time).

No, it was pretty easy returning. I had to cancel the order and reorder it to go from the 32 gb to the 16 gb. Even if they didnt refund it you could return it when you get it.


I dont know whether this has been asked yet, but ill ask the obligatory question: will it have a locked bootloader? With Google being the owner now and Jha out, I wonder if this policy will change now? I rather doubt it will, but crazier things have happened.

The side view looks kind of iPhoneish.

I preordered The SGS III as well and am excited to get away from Motorola hardware. I have the Droid X and it has been a great phone for me. No doubt Moto has good hardware, but as of late my DX has become extremely slow in opening and navigating applications.

13meg cam,over kill or not?Me personally,I think over kill just like Quad core.Havnt really seen a really nice cam on any moto products.
