My Droid 4 gets pretty warm when I'm using 3G but not so much with WiFi. I can feel the heat even through the snap on case I have on my D4.

    Yea the RAZR is A.

Yea.....doesnt the lower nm number means it runs cooler? Another positive for getting a phone with newer hardware. Thats one reason I'm finally gonna give quad core PC's a shot. Some run cooler now than before.

What phone is phone B???? lol.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Some do but others are furnaces. Two out of four of my water-cooled quad cores are fiery beasts (130w TDP). But they are all 45nm die technology. Most of the newer 32nw die shrink run at 95w TDP but some six core run at 130w TDP.

Google is "Skynet". I know that one day my Android phone is going to turn into a robot and try to kill me, but I am o-k with that.
