IMO, this is a fantastic looking device with a great concept. I would guess that I use less than 100 minutes each month, and my "phone" is primarily used for entertainment and messaging (text and email). The Note seems more focused on users such as myself, someone looking for an media/messaging device first, and phone second. While I am intrigued by the idea of a tablet, it does not seem practical because I have a portable laptop and a smartphone, so why the need for something in between? Combining the phone and tablet seems to bring the best of everything, while not trying to replace a more powerful laptop.
My only concern would be how ridiculous I would look while using this as a phone, but fortunately, I almost exclusively talk while in my car (hands free) or in the comfort of my own home.
I know quite a few people who want this phone including some developers. I hope they bring it to the US.
I know it's not for everyone but that's what makes Android different. We have CHOICES.![]()
I really like this phone. I wish Verizon would pick it up. I think I have a better chance of winning the Powerball jackpot though.
I wish they would make phones larger. I love how big it is...."That's what she said"
I'm the only one that remember there was a Galaxy Tab 7.0 with phone capability???
I'm the only one that remember that the first Ipad was jokeing as "the Iphone for low-vision people"
Well, My old Man need a huge screen to read bigger fonts and he always use his plantronic 975 to talk (cause it's more easy to hear and be hear).
So What is What I want, just a big NEXUS Galaxy Note, period.
So My only will gonna be to have a Cyanogenmod Galaxy Note ROM, to be more realistic.

WTF! That phone better come to the US! I've been waiting for this phone almost for 6 months, it is exactly what I've been looking for in a smart phone. I can do everything on it that I struggle with on my OG D1 and then some!![]()
There's a hack for that!
