    New Verizon Device With Great Benchmark Scores Spotted!

    HTC Vigor Benchmark Spotted, Headed to Verizon with 1.5GHz Dual-core Processor and 720p HD Display?





    Above is the unconfirmed benchmark for the HTC Vigor that could be headed to Verizon. The device (ADR6425LVW) will run:

    • Qualcomm’s new 1.5GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor that includes the brand new Adreno 220 GPU – a processor and GPU set.
    • Display resolution of 1280×720
    • 720p HD resolution right there.


    • Android 2.3.4 at this time, Could have Ice Cream Sandwich by launch.

    Just before this releases, they'll be rumors of a Quad Core phone.

    I'm not going to wait another 2+ months for something that'll be outdated soon anyway.
    But still, something to be excited to see.

    Ummm,fake? Notice the CPU - "on demand"? So that is a rooted device? Would a test or prototype unit be rooted and running "on demand"? I honestly don't know.

    With a stock kernel running, it SHOULD be "on-demand"

    Nothing weird about that at all.

    That's what I though, but 720p is probably the threshold for "useable" or "viewable" resolution on a smartphone. It's trending that way, so it could very well be a smartphone. Now cue the "better not be pentile" crowd.
