There are times I am so glad I have a smart phone, even tho I dont use alot of data now. I still look at Youtube from time to time, but I dont do it alot. My kids mother doesnt use alot of data either, but she wants a better smartphone soon.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
Can someone tell me if a very good wifi connection would be faster than 4G?
Because I get WiFi a lot and I am not sure I even want 4G if it'd eat my battery along with my wallet.

Work: 8 hours a day...always on my Employer's Wifi.
Home: roughly 4 hours a day of non-sleeping time, always on wifi.
Other: That leaves roughly 4 hours a day (if you assume 8 hours of sleep) to be outside on a 3G network gobbling up data.
I ONLY stream music while I'm on 3G because there's no reason to drain my battery on that while at work and I have better options at home. I watch some videos on my phone at work, but other than that it would all be texting/emailing/calling. Not a lot of data.
I guess it's possible I consume a total of 2-3GB of data, but only 1/4th of that is on Wifi. Maybe I'll log it scientifically someday.
