    Google serves up some Android 3.0 Honeycomb!


    One of the on going debates here on the forum has been "Will Honeycomb, the next major version of Android release as 2.4 or 3.0?" Well as if we haven't had enough excitement already today, Google drops a short preview of the new Android operating system and puts the argument to rest. Honeycomb will officially release as v3.0 of Android. Check it out in the video below!

    Can't watch video. Unfortunately engadget is saying Honeycomb is only gonna be for tablets.

    x3 on no video
    Droid does some cool and amazing things. Yet it does not do some basic stuff that has been stock on most phones for years. It makes me think the Google developers were marooned in some kind of a 1977 LOST flashback/flashforward/sideways combo reality gameshow

    True, but it does say at the beginning of the video built "Built Entirely for Tablet". I'm realling hoping its for both.

    maybe 3.0 is for tablets and 3.1 or something like it will work on that and phones

    Well that looks like it's worth buying!
    "The" Droid with Liquid, replaced by the RAZR
