    I Have Too Many Launchers!

I looked through my home switcher. I have Home (com.android.launcher), Launcher (com.android.launcher2), Launcher (com.koushikdutta.launcher2), HelixLauncher2 (com.helixproject.launcher2) and GDE (com.rogo.gde). HOLY GOD! I was fortunate enough to uninstall helix 1, but the rest i dont know how to get rid of, or if i even should/can. anyone have detailed info on launchers? What to or not to keep, how to get rid of them, that kinda stuff? I only want to use GDE. I assume the original launcher should be there ( i want it for troubleshooting anyway), but the rest i want off. (side question: do launchers take up memory? is it quite ridiculous to have this many launchers?)

You can run scripts to remove launcher2 and helix2

    In JRummy's Rom, Launcher2 and Helix2 are in System/app, not Data/app.

that still leaves me with another launcher2. (com.android.launcher2 and com.koushikdutta.launcher2) i assume the android.launcher2 is for the 2.1 android update, and the original home screen is android.launcher, correct? which launcher2 gets deleted with the script? do i need the one that stays or can i get rid of it too?

really all i want to know is if you only need one launcher, therefore i can erase all but GDE? or do you need two, if you want a new home screen?

i was able to get rid of all the system app launchers using rom manger jrummy customizer it gives you options to uninstall other apps to like face book

and i would personally keep the default home launcher just in case gde becomes unstable you would have a for sure stable one
