    What platform are you using

So the recommended IDE for Android development is Eclipse which plugs in the Google Android SDK and has a nifty little emulator.

I'm curious what platform (OS) and IDE you are using and if you see a benefit over that combination.

I use a Mac running Snow Leopard. And I also use adobe Flex instead of Eclipse, although Flex is built on Eclipse.

    Platform

At home I use a Mac 10.6 with Eclipse 3.5, at work I have Windows XP, with Eclipse 3.5 and Windows 7 with Eclipse 3.5

Seeing as how the apps are made in Java the development platform shouldn't really matter just as long as you have the SDK and the Emulator running.

Linux, Eclipse and the plugins; but I'm only just starting with Android.

Forgot to mention I also am on Linux (Ubuntu) rocking out Eclipse. There are some issues with it but that is to be expected.
