    Settings/Sound and Display Settings/Orientation = checked off ?
    Chris

If you apply a rom or theme - backup first!
If you don't know how to backup...Stop until you do.
hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.

If Orientation is checked in your settings I am assuming you are asking for the Homescreen to rotate without sliding out the keyboard, correct?

are you running a helix cause i believe the only way (not sure im correct) the only way to have orientation switch without sliding out the keyboard is to run a home replacment app that suports it

like helix you click menu>configure>check auto-rotate screen
