The title pretty much tells it. Over the weekend, I rooted my phone for the first time, installed BuglessBeast 2.1 ROM and Chevy's 10-slot update. I'm currently running at 1.0 GHz with power profiles to save battery when not in use. All my apps were restored and run just fine.
In fact, everything's great (thanks Matt3w) except bluetooth, and I really need my bluetooth. I have a Samsung WEP870. I've been trying to connect it for about an hour now, with no luck.
When my Droid scans for a BT device, sometimes it finds a 'SPH-M800', which Google tells me is a Samsung Instinct phone - bizarre. Most of the time, it finds nothing. Twice it found a 'WEP870', but once found, it would not pair with the device (usually the message is 'cannot pair'). Only one of the two times did it give me the input field to enter a password. I entered the correct PW, '0000', and after a moment it told me it 'cannot pair'.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
