so i have the chevyno1 10-slot 1.2ghz kernel and was wondering how other rooters have their profiles set up. here's mine
normal max:1200 min:250
charging max:550 min:125
sleep/standby:same as charging
power<20%:same as charging
failsafe: battery>45c =same as charging
any tips or anything? thanks
Here are two excellent resources I sent this one in your other thread In my opinion it is the best process for rooting and associated processes (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/hac...ation-etc.html). Here is the link to the developer of setCPU (SetCPU)
i wouldnt do 125 just because there have been some problems with the droid coming out of sleep mode. i have all mine 250-550
is it bad to have a profile set max250 and min250?
You again! J/k :icon_ devil:

The only real difference I have is stock 550/550 for temp>50C. My thinking is if the battery is overheating, it's possibly setCPU related and I don't know if underclocking could somehow put more strain on it. I guess if it overheats because of some setCPU bug then it wouldn't matter what speed it's set at.
125 is fine. Its what stock uses, and nobody has had trouble with their phone coming out of sleep as stock.
There is another setting you can tweak that seems to take care of the coming out of sleep at low clock speed problem. YMMV, but it fixed it for me.
If folks are interested, I will post it.
