    Possible brick?

Ok so I was trying to install the hack to get youtube to start in hq default after pushing the youtube.odex file to my droid and rebooting it started up fine but it didn't work? youtube wouldn't even open fc'd so I rebooted into recovery (I'm using clockwork) and restored to a previous backup before i even installed the cyanogenmod rom now I can't even get past the motorola logo... i wiped data did factory reset wiped cache etc. can anyone help me fix this?

The droid is impossible to brick. Too many failsafes are in place.

Complete instructions on how to flash the stock 2.0.1 SBF file:

    Droid 2.0.1 sbf file released!

follow the link in my previous post. it gives clear-cut instructions and download links on how to flash the device with the stock 2.0.1 SBF file. this will put your phone back to its original state, exactly as you bought it. from there you can start over with your hacking.

Billy thank you so much reflashing right now you're awesome! Thanks for the timely response I'm not like tweaking out but I was like awe $500 potentially down the drain all because I wanted to click less... Also do you think maybe that thi shappened because i didn't backup the original youtube extension to the .bak file?

I doubt it was the youtube hack causing the boot failure. Past few threads I've read about boot problems have all been using clockwork. I'm sure clockwork is to blame somehow, but idk for sure. I use sprecovery and have never had issues.
