What if we already have a customized framework-res file? Can you tell us how to add these icons to an already customized version?

    yea sure.
    1. download file above
    2. get a copy of your .apk file and rename it to .zip
    3. rename the download to just framework.zip (so you can keep track)
    4. open both zip files side by side and navigate to RES-->DRAWABLE-HDPI
    5. copy any OR all of the images out of framework and paste them into framework-res
    6. once done, rename framework-res back to .apk and reinstall.

    Hope that helps.

I will look into putting the %'s on there for you. I am not a fan of the %s which is why i used different colors instead. By stock the battery symbol only changes from 100-80-60-40-20-10-5. However if you've noticed when you are charging the phone on the lock screen it will give you the actual percent of the charge. I am going to look into finding that.
Keep me informed on your progress. I love what you've done!

I edit them, under photoshop, exactly as you said. Same file size dimensions and everything. I even went to lengths to try to make a metamorph file, and it said it was missing the control file, but it was there.... I don't know..lol

Either way I'm lovin the work you do man. Great job and thanks for the percentages. It's nice for me, just to glance at real quick....

Btw those new numbers are perfect! Thanks! I guess the only thing I was trying to have too was the transparent title bar and status menu slide down. I liked that.

I tried messing with it, it must be something with the way mac makes the zip's or something....something's not right and I can't make them. I even tried copying your files, even just one into it, remaking it and copying it over, i even checked the file permissions. It's got to be something with the zip.

Blake: great work, I love the icons. Could you post a link to the battery symbols without the numbers? I can't seem to find it in the thread. Thanks.

I attached the completely transparent notification "slide down" - note that this is only the portion beneath the apps/notifications. I haven't done a transparent title bar because most icons have backgrounds and the white/block boxes don't look that great on a transparent bar. Also, not all backgrounds go up all the way so you end up with a black strip at the top of the screen.

I downloaded, renamed and placed the file on my sd card and I'm getting this message cp: cannot stat ' /sdcard/framework-res.apk' :No such file or directory

    What does this mean?

make sure its not named framework-res.apk.zip. If you have file extensions hidden and renamed it, the apk will not be the actual extension.

You can check by doing "ls /sdcard/" and seeing what it says for the framework-res file.
