I just applied the 3b earlier today. Is there a big enough difference between the two that I should switch to 3c or am I fine with 3b?

    Naw not really.
It's mainly a fix for some users that are having trouble with running 3b.
But the 3c test 3, if there issue is still fixed, will probably be uploaded as update4 as it has much cleaner code.

But the actually memory adjustments n stuff remains the same.

Will the settings persist for both of us across reboots with this release, or do I need to deal w/the 99supercharger for that?
You can show her this DX2 sticky... Lag and Redraw Problems?
It seems to be an essential addition to the DX2
Stock roms have to configure /data/99SuperCharger.sh with SM
Thanks - I have clearance from Mission Control, will be rooting and applying Supercharger as soon as her X2 is charged up to 80%. So interesting now that my wife has a X2 - I can talk to her about rooting and programs and she's interested now. (She came from a 3 year old BB Pearl, so the move to the X2 was pretty tremendous for her.)

The error I get is nothing. It just hangs there. I can go back and run it again but it stops after I choose again.

Update 3c test3 would not run - just sat there and would not execute. 3C test2 ran perfectly...this is on her rooted X2.

    Thanks!

Works! Ran and showed me my current settings, so appears it's OK.

Should I re-run it to reset my settings and then the 99 script again, or?

    Yes that would be best.
I used to add all local.prop settings for both gingerbread and froyo since adding settings that don't do anything doesn't hurt anything.
But I cleaned up the code and you only get local.prop entries that are relevant to your rom.

If you already have Script Manager load /data/99SuperCharger.sh at boot, you don't have to set that up again.
SM will load it as usual - it doesn't matter if it's been changed.

Noticeable difference on my wife's X2 so far...she thinks I'm the genius.
