OK I was running PE6 with the Prime kernel overclocked to 900/250 and deprimed for low voltage. I installed SuperCharger and ran Balanced 1 option. All was running great.
Then I installed SS5.3. I installed prime kernel and overclocked it and deprimed it to low voltage. I installed Supercharger and set it to Balanced 1 just as I had in PE6. I had noticeable lags when opening virtually anything. 3-5 seconds to load the dialer or GOSMS, or Jorte, or contacts etc.

I uninstalled supercharger and my lags have gone down to 0-1 sec when loading the same apps.

I will try other Supercharger settings, but was looking for any ideas.

Did you reboot after each change and did you verify that the settings were in effect?

Also, I think that Scipt Manager might have a memory leak or something (I'm not psitive) because if I'm messing around and testing, the phone does get laggy the odd time.
And if you press the back button in SM and select no to kill the script, it takes you back to favoritrs or browser and the script is left running with no way to close it.

So if it ever gets laggy, a reboot bwould fix it as long as the settings stick.

If you're a SuperCharger too, consider clicking the button

Yes I rebooted and verified that the settings were in effect. If you take a look in the ChevyNo1 forum Anyone try supercharge on ss5.3?

you will see that a few people with SS5.3 are having problems.

I ran Supercharger again using option 8 and it seems to have the same lag.
Sorry to be dense, but share in the settings on Script Manager is greyed out.

Edit I figured it out. I ran the script and chose option 5. Still had lag, but not as bad as originally. I tested by launching and stopping the following apps: Dialer, Contacts, GOSMS, and Jorte. The second time I went thru the list launching and stopping them, they launched quicker, but the third time thru the list there was a lag. This never happened to me running
    PE6.
