What does the phrase "unexpected operator" mean? Does this mean I have a problem?
It appears that I have 1.18.4 of Busybox. I'll have to go look for the older version. Will a wrong busy box cause the whole script to not work?

You need to have busy box 1.8.2 our lower. You can use jrummys busybox installer from the market to install an older version of busybox.

Got Busybox 1.18.2. Does it matter which system folder Busybox is installed in? I'm still getting “unexpected operator" error. Is it necessary to reboot the phone everytime a different selection in the script? Along with that question, is it necessary to also do the oom fixes every time?

Not sure what that means. Try a couple different versions of busybox. If you still get that error try contacting the dev of the script.
You do have to reboot after using the script. It says in script manager (assuming that's what you're using to run the script). Use the script after you flash a rom as it get erased when you flash roms,.

I have Busybox 1.18.2 and also get the "unexpected operator" error; other than that the script seems to work fine.

I've always gotten the unexpected operator statement, but the script definitely makes my phone snappier by a long shot.

I have the "unexpected operator" message and I'm pretty sure the script is not doing anything. I did notice a difference with the script before install the pre-root Gingerbread rom, but now with Gingerbread I get that message and I am still getting redraws on the home screen and the doesn't feel any faster.

it seems like every once in awhile when I check the script it seems like it unsupercharges itself. It seems like that script doesnt stick or something after a reboot. Somewhere im losing it. One minute I check and the status is supercharged and the next minute the launcher is locked in memory...I.e very weak. What am I doing wrong????

Not sure what's going on but I keep getting an error. Unexpected "(" is what it says. I ran this before on gb eclipse rom and worked fine. Now I can't figure out why it wont work
