Any other adb problems???
OK, has anyone looked at what the system is doing after tethering is running ( successfully I might add )??
PEGGING THE CPU!
Going back into my older 2.0.1 ROM to see what's up - does it also in an older sholes ROM
Going to check 2.1 now ...
Well, interesting ... apparently it's always done it, and I've never noticed. I guess we all have to be aware that the phone will be working very hard pretty much 100% of the time when tethering. Even before I connected a single client, 96% cpu usage, and constant.

Also I'm finding that if you enable access control in tether, do it AFTER your client has connected. If you don't it seems to lose the connection. Then I need to stop tethering, disable AC, disconnect the client, start it all back up again. THEN enable AC. Then it stays connected.
A quick way to clean up adb shell once you're logged in is to enter this:
export PS1='root@droid # '
That only cleans up the prompt

1) Does it fix the weather issue in Celsius when docked?
2) In the new alarm clock app there is no way to set a mp3 or a phone ringtone for the alarm, it is only lame buzz sounds or beeps, very annoying.
