    [Q] Droid Kernel Backup

Newb Question, I posted this on the XDA forums and got no response, so I was hoping you guys/gals could help me out.

If I install a new kernel, say one of Pete's kernels, then I go back to one of my restore points, would I be using the stock kernel in my restore point, or would Pete's kernel still be loaded?

It will reset the Kernel but its no big deal because Kernels are easy to re-flash and it wont make you lose anything.
