Help! (no boot after rom flash)

So I screwed up big time! 100% my own fault. I downloaded UD3.0.1 ROM, before flashing the rom I decided to clear some of the garbage from my SD card that had built up. So I accidentally deleted my backups! I didn't realize this and proceeded to reboot into recovery and flash the UD3 rom (renamed it update).

I do the flash and reboot, it gets as far as the "M" then restarts itself back recovery. Is there any way to flash back to the latest stock rom? I looked for the rom and cant find it.

    help please

    thanks

I can't tell from this DF app what phone you have, but I assume its a D1. If so, look in this forum for motocache's guide, root regardless of os, and follow it. I think the part where it talks about rsd lite and an sbf will help you.

That looks similar to motocaches guide, but follow his. Motocaches guide is more detailed. Theres a part in that guide that describes "catching the boot". Thats important. Read through it a few times before you start, it helps.

Assuming your profile is right and you have a Droid 1:

Pull your battery and restart while holding down the X key. This will boot you into the recovery (clockwork?). You can then do the wipes again and reinstall the rom.

    Installation Instructions [ClockWork]
    1) Download the ROM of your choice and place somewhere on your SD Card
    2) Reboot into ClockWork recovery

    3) Scroll down and select “Nandroid
    4) Select “Backup
    5) After backup is complete
    6) Select “Wipe data”
    7) Select “Wipe Cache
    8) Select “Install zip from sdcard”

    9) select “Choose Zip from sdcard”
    10) Navigate to where you placed the ROM and select it
    11) On the Confirm Install screen scroll down and select “Yes

    12) Your ROM will be installed
    13) Reboot from the main screen of ClockWork Recovery

NOTES: I only do the wipes when new rom is from a different Dev or is based on different OS version. The first boot of a new rom quite often takes a very long time. Do not panic, be patient
