Ok would that be the 2.3.320 or 2.3.340 sbf?? And is it the FULL one??

Sounds to me like your not running RSD Lite with Administrator rights?
Or is your phone in the BOOTLOADER MODE??

    Close RSD Lite.

Right click on the RSD Lite icon on your desktop
    Go to properties......
    Click on "Compatability" tab......
Select the "Run as Administrator" Checkbox......
Click the "Apply and "OK" buttons.

    Re-open RSD Lite.

You can also download this file, Extract it...and copy the .ini file into your directory where you installed RSD Lite.

Also can you please tell me what your screen says on your phone right now?

Read this: Using RSD Lite to flash an SBF file -- correctly Kind of makes me laugh because I had no clue DF had a "labs" section but this guy threw together an amazing guide. This should solve your failed issue.
Turtle bit me.I thought they were slow....they snap so fast. ................. <3
