Smile Rooting a Motorola Droid 1 with version 2.2.1

I have watched many videos about this and done my research but all of the videos and websites I read were talking about version 2.0.1. Can I root my droid 1 since I have version 2.2.1?

If so, what are the steps to do so.

    Thanks

Yes, you can. I would tend to steet clear of the videos and just go for the writen version(s). Go to my A855 droid guides link below and you will find two methods that WILL work for you.

    good luck
