    "Update Unsuccessful" for apps on SD Card? Any solutions?

    For some time now it seems that I am unable to update most (if not all) of the apps on my SD card via the market unless I first move them back to the phone. Then I can update and move back to the SD card.

    I've seen that some people have this issue, but I haven't seen any resolution.

    Is there any fix for this? Do folks understand why this is happening?

    I realize the workaround works, but it is incredibly time consuming. I have something like 35 backlogged backups.

    Is there some way to automate this?

    I'm running BB .4.

    I think it has to do with the fact that some apps need to be on the phone memory, but I may be wrong dont know. Thats the first thing that came to my mind...
