Seperate Email Icons for Seperate Email Accounts

Is there a way to have (2) email shortcuts, but direct each shortcut to a different email account?

Reason being, I'd like to change the icon of the email app to something that relates to my work (construction) but if I can't separate the email account I guess I'd rather just keep the Icon a "email based" picture.

You can do this with the "corporate" email - long click on the desktop and add shortcut, you can choose the email account by name of the account.

Not sure if gmail will do this.
