    Selling Incredible question

    Hello everyone, I am new here and have a question. Verizon has the buy 1 get one free Incredible. So I got two. I will never activate the one phone, can I sell it on Ebay? Is there something I have to do first? The line that I told Verizon I was going to use the phone on, my hubby just wants to keep his phone and not switch. Please help me with anything you can help me with. Thanks!

    VZW gave you the phone. I believe you should be able to use or sell. The issue I see is whoever purchases needs to confirm with VZW re: activation and contract on their end.

    Yes, it is, but If I dont activate it to the other line, I thought I can sell it before I activate it, but I am not sure.
