About LinkBacksI can't believe how many people are on here now! I only made a few posts on here when I got my baby when it came out and I mentioned how I scratched it from a snap-on case I bought from Best Buy.
Long story short, I dropped it down the stairs. I didn't have insurance on it and I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars but they replaced it for free!

12-13-2009 04:02 PMI went to a Verizon store that fixes phones and told them what happened. There's a product warranty for the Droid and even though my damage was only cosmetic they replaced it
