New unlock screen

I really don't like the new unlock screen because the pattern is too low on the screen and can't be relocated. I could deal with horizontal motion if we had an option to put it at a comfortable position. That's why I prefer the 2.0 unlock screen. And I'm not sure what type of magical fingers others have, but using an arc motion on the horizontal screen does not unlock it.
Someone mentioned an unlock screen with customizable app slots...that sounds pretty cool.
I hope we get better options soon.

Yes the vibe is very annoying. I also miss the Rotary the whole slide thing seems to close to the iPhone for my tastes.

I too am not a fan of the feedback on the new lock screen. I wish we could have the option to turn just "that" feedback off.

the phone is still the same great phone inside... the lock screen, whether you like it or not, is such a small part of this device that we see so briefly. (albeit ALL the time) It is closer to the iPhone than the rotary arc but that arc was garbage IMO.
