    Missing calls

    I dont always hear my Droid x ring when it is in my car and I dont feel the vibration because it is on the console. Is there a way to have the screen light up when I receive a call or a text.

    I believe the screen lights up by default for a call. I use Dialer One to place calls, not sure if it is it or not...but my screen always comes one for calls. How do you answer calls on the X if the screen does not turn on when the call comes in?

    Handcent allows a pop up that turns the screen on for texts.

    +1 - your phone should light up by default when a call comes in. Dido on the handcent app for text messages.
