It's so annoying. I can't tell if this person is a stranger or someone who actually knows me. Could someone please tell me how to fix it? The numbers aren't blocked and it's doing this on my brother's Droid as well.

In your contacts, do you have all 10 digits of the person's phone number, or just 7?

I have all 10.

I'm having the same issue on my DX. Caller ID is enabled on my account. Maybe they screwed up the provisioning when I switched to the DX from the Droid? Anyone else seen this? I'll keep browsing forums as well.
It's a provisioning issue. Although I had "Caller ID" as one of the services on my account, it wasn't "enabled" on my line. Contact Customer Service or Tech Support - either can help you.
