thats called "minimalistic text" its free in the market

you also need widget locker because it allows you to place widgets on the lock screen.... its not free but its well worth the couple bucks.

Hey guys I notice lots of people on here are in love with widget locker. I would really like to get into that area of customization as well, however I notice widget locker is just too glitchy for me. Nearly everytime I wake the phone, the regular lockscreen comes up for a couple seconds before switching to WL. And yes I did bypass the 5 second rule thing. I always notice that pictures look horrible once a set them as a background. Even high resolution photos. I was just wondering if I'm the only one having these issues because I would really like to enjoy this app as much as you guys do.

Hm try going to Menu>Settings>Applications>Downloaded Apps>Widgetlocker -Clear defaults. Then push home and make sure you're home replacement of choice is selected and not the option Widgetlocker Mod. Try that and let me know if that does the trick.

Center screen - clock. I assume you are using Minimalistic Text?
If so, are you using one widget or multiple? I am not seeing how you had the vertical bar span 2 lines. If 2 widgets, how do you get it to line up?

Let me know if this is just a normal clock widget.

BTW, I'm stock but definitely trying to go the minimal route. I've had seven screens crammed full of every widget out there for too long!
Down to 3 now with minimum on each screen.
