Custom Handcent and new look for the keyboard...

Everything looks awesome...how did you insert the custom background for the Handcent contacts list?

From that screen, press the tool button at the top right.

Go down to 'Conversation list settings'

Make sure you check the box for 'Enable custom'

Scroll down and check the box that says 'Use picture'

Then simply press 'Select picture' and pick any pic you want!

If you wanted to, you could actually change the background pic for each individual contact. I just do it for the conversation list, b/c it would take too long to customize it for everyone!

What app does one use to grab screenshots of their phone?

If you are rooted, DroCap or Shoot Me from the market if not you need the android APK on your computer. I think there is one more way without root but I am not sure what it is look back thru the last ten pages of this thread and you will find it
