Your audio manager and power manager, is that part of the rom? Or is that something I can apply as a theme with metamorph?

those are not meta morph themes the apps have been modified. Search for audio manager widget thread

i seen it on couple peoples pics and i had it on my old rom which was adamz but the buttons on the bottom instead of the sliding up for the apps it also had phone on the left and bowser on the right which were buttons im on ultimate droid rom now and was wondering if you can get those buttons on this rom to?

I think my blue theme (I know, real original, but hey, I'm a Suzuki fan!) is all but complete! Now running DroidMod, Smoked Glass Theme v2, mjones' High Res Blue (check those notification bar icons!), Brower bar, pulldown editor. I'm happy with it now.... eh, I mean, for now.
