    Update Question

    Hey im rooted right now with jrummy's lithium mod rom. I was wondering if i got the update and accidentally updated to it would my phone still work and just be unrooted or what?

    i believe i read somewhere around here that if you're rooted, the update will unroot for you. I think i saw it on front page?

    i helped a friend manually update earlier and read it somewhere. I'm flashed to CyanogenMod so i wasn't really paying attention
    New to Android? Please read this.

    according to this thread (froyo hangout thread all discussions welcomed), if you install the update to your rooted phone, recovery will simply block the install...

    ok thanks for the help just wanted to make sure.Does it matter what recovery i have like sp or clockwork recovery?
