Hey so i just got this phone and the backplate is lost?? so i pulled it up online and apearently alot of people are having this issue are the backplates still free where can i get it at?

I'd say give Verizon Customer Service a call. Maybe even go to a Verizon store. They might have one kicking around.

if you just bought it they may give you one for free. however they do not stock them in the store, if you need to order one, it takes 2 buisness days to get it, and they are $4.00 from verizon. I had to replace mine when it encoutnered a lawm mower and did not win. hope this helps.
go onto Motorolas site and navigate to their contact page.
They will give you a new one free.

well after hours on the phone and motorola giving away my number with a few randoms calling me thinking i was support i finialy got my back plate shipped for free
