Hands-free answering in car doc

I have a Motorola Droid and the car dock for it. It works great for navigation and music but as a phone it kind of sucks. I would expect that when a call came in while I was driving, I could say "answer" or something and have it answer the call but I have to take my hands off the wheel and sweep my finger across the screen to get it to answer. Am I missing something? This seems like such an obvious feature for a docked phone that I just assumed it would work and was surprised when I found it didn't.
