yeah, that is exactly what it says. but it has the number one in parenthesis next to voicemail in the pull down menu
Ugh, I have the same problem and I also have VZ voicemail.
And giving it time isn't gonna help, I've had that icon there for the past 5 months probably and I just thought to wait it out but nothing.
I'm not sure what to do, I suppose calling tech support would help.
