    Getting Rebate -- 6 MONTHS AGO!!!

    I sent Verizon ALL of the critical information -- in surface mail -- in December 2009 to receive my $100 rebate.

    I NEVER received the rebate -- and a Verizon store employee re-requested it 3 months ago.

    WHAT NOW?

    How do I get my rebate?!

    yes on the tickets you filled out there is a a rebate tracking center number/website...my rebate came within 2 weeks of mailing it in.

    I would first try to track your rebate through Verizon's website and see if you can see it. Then I would call customer service and raise holy hell!!! 6 months is way to long to wait. I have received all my rebates within a couple of weeks.
