I work at Best Buy Mobile, and this is false. We can't sell it today.
They are in stock, yes, and someone took a picture of one on top of one of our folders...

11-05-2009 03:11 PMTry your local walmarts. They are $11 dollars cheaper and multiple people have said that they are letting them out today if you get a person who doesn't know what they are doing (very common at walmart). So you can be out the door with a droid (2-year) for $199 AFTER tax.
