About LinkBacksDuring a call I can hear the other party keep saying hello and they can't hear me. I must be hitting something during the call but can't seem to know what it is. I can still hear them. Any ideas?

Seems to happen with almost every call. My screen I think does go black and then comes on when I hold it down to see what the heck happened. All I see mostly then is the dialpad. -
