How to view a .pdf webpage w/out downloading???

Hoping someone can help me out here.
For my work there is a website I reference often.
Its basically a list of arriving and sailing ships. The site is updated throughout the day.
    The website end in .pdf.

Here is the site for reference

I have saved the site as a bookmark, but whenever I go there my Driod download the page as a file, I then need to open that download to view.

One of my clients has an iphone and when he goes to the site it simply opens up.
Hoping the Doid can do this too.

    Many Thanks
