BigRed gave me a refurb with bad memory blocks. Anyone have any ideas what I should say to tech support in order to get them to exchange it?
School me on "bad memory blocks". I've had pretty good luck in calling VZW, telling them that my phone isn't working (insert whatever the issue is) and they will either:
1) send out a warranty replacement
2) try to trouble shoot it over the phone and/or
3) tell you to go in store and then if the problem is visible, see option 1, if the store has refurbs, you'll get a warranty replacement right then.
